Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING INFO:

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery if you choose standard shipping at checkout. Please also allow 3-5 business days for processing before you receive your valid tracking information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

CLOTHING

All items purchased are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of purchase EXCEPT digital goods such as E-Books, clearance or final sale items, and promotional items that come with a free digital gift. We only accept returns purchased from DrippedinGlory.com. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are also not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Once we receive the product, we will credit your original payment method with the cost of what you paid for the returned product excluding the price of shipping. 

If you would like to exchange for a new size, color, or style we ask that you return your original items for a refund and place a new order through DrippedinGlory.com.

DIGITAL GOODS

All digital goods (E-Books) are final sale. These items you cannot return. Should you have trouble with your download, please E-Mail us at Hello@DrippedinGlory.com.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

We often run promotions to promote new products or digital products through our partnership with Love Yours Academy. You may purchase an item that comes with a free e-book. The purchased items cannot be returned for original payment, as you will be able to keep the free promotional item. The purchased item can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

MAKING A RETURN

When making a return or exchange, we ask that you reach out to us at Orders@DrippedinGlory.com. Our products are not stored in house but at a 3rd party facility. We must correspond with the 3rd party facility regarding your return. Also, when making a return or exchange,

1. You MUST include the packing slip with your (item(s) or your return/ exchange cannot be processed. If you misplaced your packing slip or it was not originally included, then please include a piece of paper with your order #, details, name, address, and what item you’re returning if you ordered more than one item.
2. If you still have your packing slip, circle the items being returned and mark the appropriate return code. 
3. Securely seal your item(s) in an appropriate shipping box.
4. Please ship with your preferred shipping service (recommended to ship via UPS or Insured Parcel Post):

Keep the Return Tracking Number of your return package to monitor delivery status. Also, please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process refunds once delivered.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please also note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER:

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at Orders@DrippedinGlory.com as quickly as possible. If your order has already been fulfilled and you have received a shipping confirmation, please refer to our return policy above.

Please note that if you paid via PayPal and you request to cancel, you may incur PayPal’s transaction fee.

INCORRECT ORDERS:

If you received the wrong item, please email us at Orders@DrippedinGlory.com.

LOST OR MISSING ITEMS:

Please note that we do ship items separately and mark them on your packing slip if they will be arriving in multiple packages.

However, if your package is delivered with missing items from your order, then please email Orders@DrippedinGlory.com so we can quickly get your issue resolved.
